A state of the art R&D centre for the design and testing of electrical vehicles was planned to overlook a beautiful lake and take advantage of the natural lakefront.
Spaces were planned for Research, Design, Prototyping, Modelling and Testing. All floor plates had large outdoor terraces to take advantage of the weather and spectacular views to the lake. Outdoor installations inspired by automobiles were scattered in the landscape along with rock pools and breakout courtyards and atria helped punctuate the large floor plates.
